Download Minutes Here July 21, 2015 5:00 pm GMT -8:00 Next meeting – October 18, 2015 – 5:00 pm GMT -8:00 Present: Mark Burchill, Chair (Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, California USA), Wayne Rowlands, Secretary (Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, California USA), Bill Fishman, Board Member (Rotary Club of White Plains, New York USA), Kris Anderson, Board Member (Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, California USA), Yale Abrams, Vice Chair (Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, California USA), Mike Tyonogu Kohol, RMB Member (Rotary Club Abuja Metro, Nigeria). Absent: Sachin Gururaj, Board Member (Rotary Club of Bangalore Yelahanka, India), Arthur Claxton, Board Member (Rotary Club of Surrey Guildford, British Columbia, Canada), Tony Benner (Rotary Club of Sydney, Australia). The meeting was called to order at 5:07PM PST by the Rotary Means Business Fellowship Chairman, Mark Burchill. For remote members, we connected via a Google Hangout which worked well. Minutes from April 21, 2015 meeting were approved. Financial Report: Mark Burchill noted that the RMB bank account has a balance of $2,435 as of 7-10-2015 and there is a credit at the PayPal account for approximately $200. We will be expecting additional income from renewals of annual memberships in the next couple of months which will add to the balances. We are expecting some expenditures of approximately $850 soon which will be to purchase a new supply of RMB lapel pins and a pop-up sign for RMB that can be used at events such as the annual RI convention. A vote was taken to approve the two expenditures and it was approved unanimously.

• Local chapter affiliation: 14 Total as of 7-1-15 California: NorCal, SF Peninsula (Marin + SF split off), Los Gatos, Napa USA: Westchester NY, Central PA, Hawaii (more pending in NY, CN, PA, HI) World: Australia, NZ, Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Nigeria (pending in Cameroon)

Old Business

Convention recap was done by Bill Fishman. Bill said that RMB did not have good exposure at the recent RI Annual Convention. Election Results: Elected to the board for a two year term: Kris Anderson, Arthur Claxton, Alden Cunningham, Arianne Eskew, and Bill Fishman. Officers for the fiscal year 2015 – 2016: Chair – Mark Burchill Vice Chair – Bill Fishman Treasurer – Kris Anderson Secretary – Wayne Rowlands

New Business

It was proposed that we purchase a new supply of RMB lapel pins and a pop-up sign for RMB that can be used at events such as the annual RI convention. The cost for both items was estimated at $850.
